I am "off Vegetarian and Vegan" a great action on the blog of the Red Zora encountered ... For this action even on the Vegan's blog and on PETA PETA's Facebook page was advertised.
The idea is simple: everyone who participates will, of 7 31 March as much as you can. For every product made pounds to donate to PETA for 10 €. So you get not only a bikini figure, but the animals also do something good!

So I find the idea great! Summer is coming anyway, why not work now at the bikini-figure? And this motivates an action to persevere even the 26 day diet. And you can again numerous healthy Vegetarian and vegan recipes to try. And sports, do sports, sports ...
